The price listed on our website is cheaper compare the the same item we list on other marketplace such as Ebay, Amazon etc but we are always open to negotiations

DO YOU PUT ITEMS ON HOLD FOR CUSTOMERS?

Sure, all you need to do is drop us a mail and pay send us a 1500 JPY holding deposit (this is non refundable) and we will hold the item for 30 days

CAN I RETURN THE ITEM?

We accepts returns as long as the item is in the same condition it was sent. We only cover the return shipping if the item arrived damage and buyer provide a report from their postal service regarding the damage. Otherwise buyer will have to shoulder the return shipping

WHERE DO THRIFT STORE TOKYO SOURCE THE ITEMS?

We acquire our inventory from multiple sources within Japan. One of it would be branded item auctions JBA as we are member and we have license in dealing in used and antique goods

WHAT TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE DO WE PROVIDE?

Effective 15 march 2021, All items will be ship using FedEx priority by default. (and don't worry, there will be no extra charges).
